Over the last decade, Principal Designer Dawn Harmon has used her thirty years of design expertise to build Little Palm Design Group into a prime resource for the many residents of the Southwest Florida Gulf Coast. In Naples, our intimate showroom allows potential clients to get a taste of the timeless natural aesthetic Little Palm Design has become known for, while the vast resource library enhances the eclectic yet refined spirit that fuels the passion in our work.

Principal/Interior Designer
For over three decades Dawn has designed interiors for residences in Naples and beyond. As a native Floridian, she understands and appreciates the charisma and charm of the Naples idyllic area. The love of design and helping people find the expression that communicates their personality into their living space has enabled Dawn to flourish in the design world.
Drawing upon many disciplines, Dawn combines the use of colors, textures, furniture and lighting to create each residence unique to each client. Graduating from the University of Florida, Dawn has received numerous awards and her work has appeared in several prestigious publications and trade journals. She and her staff have completed a vast number of residential and commercial projects, including over one hundred model homes.
Kirsten Young
Interior Designer
Interior Designer Kirsten graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Fine Art and received her Masters of Interior Design from Florida International University. As an integral part of Little Palm Design Group, she calls on her art background as a resource for inspiration, design concepts and color schemes. She believes that creating a bond with her clients sets the stage for a working relationship which allows her to transform their spaces in ways that are fresh, yet comfortable.
Kirsten comes from a long line of interior designers and architects, with a grandfather who, settled in Naples in 1955 and was the second architect to practice our community. Her family recently celebrated her remarkable grandmother's retirement from practicing interior design in Naples for over 50 years, spending her early years working with noted builder, Junkie Fleischmann in developing the Third Street South area. Kirsten, too, has lived in Naples most of her life, and, as she puts it, "Just loves Naples living."
Peggy Gehman
Design Assistant
Peggy is an Interior Design Assistant at Little Palm Design Group. She has over 30 years of experience in the interior design/home furnishings industry. Peggy co-founded and operated a full service design and home furnishings showroom in Harrisburg, PA for over 25 of those years. After closing their business, she and her husband relocated to Naples. The move is one that they have both thoroughly enjoyed, as they have come to know Naples as a uniquely special place to live and work.
Peggy has a bright and cheerful personality and is competent in many levels of the design process. Her extensive past experience in the design industry as well as her attention to detail, gives her a broad understanding of the needs of clients and designers alike. She can usually answer almost any question asked of her and will always find the answer as needed. She truly loves the opportunity to work with Dawn and the design team at Little Palm Design Group.
