What began as her vision evolved into a studio known for integrity, creativity, and lasting relationships within the Naples community. Kirsten Young
Interior Designer, Principal
Interior Designer Kirsten is a graduate of Florida State University, where she earned her degree in Fine Art, and holds a Master of Interior Design from Florida International University. As owner of Little Palm Design Group, she brings a highly curated, art-driven perspective to each project, seamlessly blending sophistication with livability. Her work is defined by a thoughtful approach to scale, texture, and palette, resulting in interiors that are both timeless and distinctly personal. Kirsten believes that a strong, intuitive connection with her clients is the foundation for creating spaces that feel effortlessly refined and deeply resonant.
Rooted in a distinguished design lineage, Kirsten comes from a family of accomplished interior designers and architects. Her grandfather, who established his practice in Naples in 1955, was among the early visionaries to shape the community’s architectural landscape. She is also honored to carry forward the legacy of her late grandmother, a celebrated interior designer whose career in Naples spanned more than five decades, including her early work alongside noted builder Junkie Fleischmann in the development of the iconic Third Street South district.
Having spent most of her life in Naples, Kirsten draws continual inspiration from its coastal elegance and understated luxury, bringing a refined sense of place to every project she undertakes.

With over two decades of experience in the luxury interior design industry, GinaMaria Rivara serves as the Operational and Office Manager at Little Palm Design Group. GinaMaria is the driving force behind the organization and coordination that allow each project to run smoothly and efficiently.
Her expertise in operations, project coordination, and client relations ensures that every detail is thoughtfully managed from start to finish. Known for her warm professionalism, strong communication, and meticulous attention to detail, GinaMaria helps create the elevated level of service and personalized experience that defines Little Palm Design Group.
